A cheerful photo of Patrick Lutalo wearing a blue shirt, displaying a warm smile.

Patrick is an active member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America, local 555. He is currently working for Saunders Construction Company based in Colorado USA, as a Journeyman Carpenter. He is an active Missionary Bridger for the Society of Anglican Missionaries and Senders (SAMS) serving in the regional Mityana Diocese, empowering the (unfortunate) young men and women with hands-on training skills through an apprenticeship program sponsored by our non-profit organization, Teach Men to Fish, based in Colorado, USA. Patrick is involved in nurturing the young people with spiritual values of generosity to help communities around them through their God-given (spiritual) gifts. Through this approach, they have built a maternity facility at Naama, Mityana which is greatly helping mothers with better health conditions. The apprentices are currently constructing an Outpatient Surgical Center at Myanzi, Church of Uganda Mityana Diocese. It is anticipated that it will be a foundation for spreading the gospel by improving health conditions of people in the area. It will further demonstrate to communities what the young people are capable of doing and will hopefully lead to more jobs from within the region to make their lives better and to help break the poverty cycle.
